All Solid-State Radar System

CHANG Industry, Inc. developed FMCW radar technology with high range resolution for target range and speed detection and Doppler radar detection. The figure below shows the size of the integrated radar frontend (transmitter-receiver) for 60 GHz applications. CHANG is capable of customizing the system to operate at any microwave (3- 30 GHz) and millimeter-wave (30 GHz and up) frequencies. Depending on requirements, the radar can be used for man-portable or robotic applications in intrusion detection due to its small size and light weight.
